We are thrilled to announce that our law firm has been recognized as the third most diverse law firm in the Portland metro area among large law firms (20 or more attorneys) by the Portland Business Journal. Diversity and inclusion have always been a core value at our firm. We believe that embracing diversity not only enriches our work environment but also strengthens our ability to serve our clients effectively.
The Portland Business Journal posted the diversity ranking results of its annual survey of Portland Metropolitan-Area law firms, based on attorney demographics, on March 1st, 2024. As part of the annual survey, submitted in December 2023, firms were asked about women and minority attorneys and partners in metro-area work forces. The percent share for metro attorneys and partners were added together to determine the firm’s ranking. You can view the list here.
