This is a brief interview with Chris Dale and Jo Sherman regarding EDT’s AI lab projects. Working closely with partners, Jo explains that EDT is looking at AI in a whole new way. For example, one project involves profanity detection to identify flagrant communications and it’s delivering some really promising results. The team are also working on a new approach to machine learning to hone into the kernels of conversations rather than just documents (focusing on key people and discussions). Exciting R&D which explains why EDT is rapidly becoming the platform of choice for regulators internationally.
